In September the Central Bank of Nigeria made its biggest cut in nearly two decades, from 26.5% to 23%. Headline inflation eased to 15.39% in August. The next MPC meeting is on 23-24 November 2026.

How it resolves: YES if the MPR announced at the conclusion of CBN MPC meeting 308 (23-24 Nov 2026) is below 23.0%, per cbn.gov.ng. NO if held or raised. If the meeting is postponed beyond 31 Dec 2026, NO.
